TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

One of the most important activities at Pinnacle M & B is the organization and/or facilitation of training courses for oil and gas industry personnel. The training courses are designed to guide engineers, technicians, operations, and maintenance (O&M) personnel, and other professionals, in concepts currently prevailing in the Oil and Gas Industry, as well as to produce recent graduate engineers that are fully prepared to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams. Courses are delivered by experts.

  11. Start up and shut down of Flow Stations.
  12. Start up and shut down of Compressor units.
  13. Electrical principles and maintenance of service appliances.
  14. Basic Tank Farm Operations.
  15. Tank Tops management in Production Operations and curtailment.
  16. Flowlines identification, leak tracing, and curtailment.

TRAINING TEAM

The leader of the team is a certified Engineer, an Ex-Regional Production Discipline Subject Matter Expert (SME), as well worked as an Operations Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Senior Production Adviser for Production & Maintenance Operations Departments in OML 30 HEOSL- Nigeria.
Members of the Team are highly skilled and experienced experts in Production and maintenance disciplines who have managed the ex-SPDC Staff Learning / Coaching Events in Land, Swamp, and Terminal Operations in Westen Division, Nigeria.
